Oracle TIMESTAMP 데이터 타입 처리

SAS 9.1.3 에서 Oracle TIMESTAMP data type을 처리하려면 별도 Hox fix를 적용해야 합니다.

적용할 hot fix는 아래 E90C11, E9BB98, E9BB99 세 개 입니다.

참고로, SAS9.2에서는 Oracle TIMESTAMP data types을 정식 지원합니다.
